- Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus a reasonable suppression period to honor opt-out preferences.
- Website Analytics Data: Retained for twenty-six (26) months in our analytics platforms, then automatically deleted or anonymized.
- Financial & Billing Data: Retained for seven (7) years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.
- AI Training Data: Client-provided training data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted or returned within sixty (60) days of project completion, unless the Client requests continued retention for model maintenance purposes.
- Chatbot Interaction Logs: Retained for twelve (12) months by default, unless the Client specifies a different retention period.
- Job Applicant Data: Retained for two (2) years from the date of application, regardless of whether an offer of employment is made.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures. You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us (subject to legal retention requirements).
